We're remote OG (pre-COVID) and know how to do it the right way. We know that people do their best work when they can live where they want, focus, control their environment, and not waste precious life energy in commutes and in cubicles. And there is no threat of ever being called back into an office that doesn't even exist!
Complete Compensation
Salaries are above industry averages and based on what you do and not where you live. Positions are salaried for a guaranteed 30 hours per week (part-time) or 40 hours per week (full-time) and paid at an equivalent hourly rate for any hours above. We also provide growth-based profit sharing, so when we grow, so does your bank account 🙂
